It is a gel, that is light and fresh, and when rubbed in your fingers creates a rich, soft foam that you apply to a moist face and rinse off.  It smells delicious actually.. like a light citrus scent mixed with vanilla.  It reminded us of those “orange dreamcicle” ice cream treats we ate as kids.  What memories!
